What's New?
In collaboration with UNC and Live Life Resources, The Foundation has established a branch campus in Stamford, Vermont, which is located amongst the rolling foothills of the Green Mountains. The campus includes a 9 acre farm and approximately 300 acres of forest and field. Both the farm and land are integral to implementing the Foundation’s mission.

Furthering Dr. Y. King Liu’s Legacy
During the 1960s, Dr. Liu was a pioneer in the development of the biomedical engineering field. He was especially interested in integrative approaches to combining the wisdom and knowledge of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Liu's vision was to one day have a full campus dedicated to scientific exploration as well as the exploring artistic endeavor.
In the mid-1990s, Dr. Liu established both the UNC Foundation and the University of Northern California (UNC). Together their mission focused on biomedical engineering and the development of important prototypes for health, as well as education and research.
An additional aspect of Dr. Liu’s legacy is his work as a licensed acupuncturist with over 50 years of practice and research. The Foundation continues to support his biomedical engineering and acupuncture expertise by providing education and research in the field of bio-energetics and energy medicine.
We continue Dr. Liu's legacy through research and education in the realm Applied Bioenergetic Medicine and Integrative Wellbeing.
